8 Week Postnatal Pilates Course
The postpartum season is full of change. Our 8-week course is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at.
At Launceston Pilates, our postnatal course is here to support your return to movement in a way that feels safe, gentle, and personal to you. Designed to rebuild strength, support abdominal recovery, and improve mobility, each session is tailored to your individual postpartum needs. With just 7 mums per group, you can rest assured you’ll be moving your body in a way that’s right for you.
And yes, babies are absolutely welcome! Feed, cuddle, change, or step away whenever you need. There’s no pressure, no judgement, just a supportive space where you can focus on yourself while knowing your little one is looked after.

THE DETAILS
Discover the perfect mix of strength training, abdominal/pelvic floor recovery & mobility in our exclusive postnatal Pilates group. With a total of seven reformer beds we are able to tailor your flow to your body’s needs throughout your class.

Our studio is located within the Jimmy's Complex on Charles St & we provide free parking for the duration of your session.
Courses commence approximately every 4-6 weeks taking place on a Wednesday morning/midday (subject to instructor availability).

Total cost = $224 ($28/session)
Payment upfront is required & will enrol you in all 8-sessions

Not only are we specially trained in postnatal pilates, we are also well versed in baby cuddles! Your instructor can often assist with settling and you are welcome to feed, burp, rock throughout class.

Please note: We recommend joining once you've had the 'go-ahead' from a relevant health professional (GP, Women's Health Physio or Obstetrician) around the 6-week pp timeframe. This timeframe can vary depending on individual factors so please be guided by your health professional.
